Well, I officially survived the Transnational Law Review Open Write On. I had my competition piece collated, stapled, and delivered with over an hour to spare. Now I just have to sweat it out for the next two weeks until membership offers are given out *bites nails*. But, even completing the 45-page submission (in a two week period) is more than most people do, so I've accomplished something nonetheless. I don't know how I will fill my time at work now - a school computer lab is only so busy during the summer!
Now I can devote more time to training. My mile paces, even at a walk, are improving. The Donald medal will be mine, even if I have to wog it! Muahahaha!
And, in other fun news, I am planning a Zumbathon fundraiser, Cha-Cha for Your Ta-Tas! We're still trying to secure a location, but it will be in mid-August and a great way to donate to breast cancer research while enjoying a fun workout! More information will follow as the details are worked out.
